We want you to love your new club. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window on all orders.
Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Returns showing damage, altered condition, swapped components, or excessive wear may be subject to a partial refund.
Return Shipping
- We provide free returns.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@onintwo.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the item for refund processing.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Custom-ordered or customized products (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right immediately.
