Tell us which club you want to trade in and you’ll instantly see our offer. Then create a secure account and choose how you’d like to be paid: PayPal, Venmo, ACH or On in Two store credit. Pick store credit and we’ll add a 10% bonus on top of your payout.

It’s your choice. If you have a box, we’ll email you a prepaid USPS label to stick on and send to us. If you don’t have a box to ship in, we’ll send you a UPS box with a prepaid return label already inside. Pack your club, attach the label, and drop it off.

How do I get my trade in offer?
Follow the steps on the trade in page to generate your offer. Your offer value will vary depending on whether you choose to get paid in store credit or cash.
What payment methods can I choose from?
PayPal, Venmo, ACH and store credit.
How does the 10% store credit boost work?
If you choose to trade your club in for store credit, you receive a 10% boost on top of your cash offer. This is delivered as an On in Two virtual gift card.
Do you send me a shipping label or a box?
Whichever you prefer. If you don’t have a box, we’ll ship you one through UPS that contains a return label. If you already have a box, we’ll email you a USPS label to stick on and send to us.
How long does it take to get paid after I ship?
You’ll get paid within 1 business day of your club arriving to us. We just need to inspect it and confirm the trade in submission details, then we’ll send payment.
What condition do my clubs need to be in?
Clubs can be traded in or sold in any condition. Our trade in page lets you select the condition of the club you’re sending us: New, Average or Poor.
What if my club’s condition doesn’t match what I described?
If the club’s condition or model specifics don’t match what was submitted, we’ll reach out to you directly to explain the adjustment we need to make. Once you confirm the adjustment is fair and makes sense, we’ll send your payment. If you would rather have your club returned to you at that point, we’ll send it back, no questions asked and at no cost to you.
Which brands and clubs do you accept?
We currently accept trades for the following brands: Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Mizuno, PXG, Srixon, Odyssey, Scotty Cameron, L.A.B. Golf, Cobra and Bettinardi. We accept drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, utility irons and putters, and we’re working to add more brands and club types. Is shipping free?
We know shipping clubs can get expensive quick, so at On in Two shipping is 100% free. If you need a box we’ll send you one with a return label, and if you already have a box we’ll email you a shipping label. You will never pay for shipping.
What if I change my mind after submitting?
If you change your mind after sending us your club, just let us know and we’ll return your clubs to you. All trades and sales become final once payment is sent.
